The Bob Rumball Camp of the Deaf is located in Parry Sound and was founded in 1960 as a result of Reverend Rumball’s desire to create a place where a Deaf child could enjoy a summer camp experience, develop their leadership and outdoor skills, and take a vacation from feeling ‘different’ or ‘special’. Students learn in a competitive but friendly atmosphere.
